Some great advice being displayed in this post, really goes to show the power of having great images available and I would add more more thing, fresh photos. No body wants to see photos of the product what it used to look like when it was shiny! Property owners might as well be sure they have accurate pictures and descriptions, as the consumer will be sure to take one and try and compare if it's not!
